Moving with guinea pigs from London to Amsterdam? - london pet carrier
I have worked in Amsterdam in March and my two (male) of Guinea pigs come with me.
I bought a partnership company, and I intend to order them from the truck with me, but there is something you need to know before you go?
Is it possible, for example, must say something about my vet, they are healthy at the border or is it better to have two separate companies?
Thanks

The transition from England to the continent should not be a problem.
For dogs and cats against rabies vaccine (no blood test is necessary), the only requirement. In my experience, there is no control.
To be 100% sure, please contact DEFRA:
08459 33 55 77 Monday to Friday: 8-6
On a more practical level, I recommend going through the Channel Tunnel, and not from the ferry:
- Through the tunnel, will take hold in the piglet
- Blocked by the ferry, which will be in your car for a good 2 hours in a terrible noise and heat ... with death as the most likely outcome.
Best wishes, Julien
