Contract for deed homes or rent to own homes in Minnesota? - rent deed
Hello everyone, I'm looking for a contract or lease to own their home or around the Minneapolis, St. Paul, Minnesota area. He would move into a residence for the first of January 2007. I have no credit to buy a house on the right side, so I need. I am sure to hate the people who rent something and never get back all the money they pay. In this way, I'll have a house. So please anyone knows where to find such housing PLEASE HELP !!!!!!

Look in local newspapers and craigslist.org, please contact your local real estate agents, and through the areas that you want to live. If you find something that looks interesting, let it thoroughly, then have their own lawyer (not real estate agent or vendor) to review all documents before signing anything, make sure that they do not use and get the bargains. In many ways, Minnesota has also sections Torren properties and the different procedures and formalities required for each record. There are many houses in the Twin Cities, so keep eyes open.
